Telephone Dictation
Simply dial and dictate! Each doctor receives their own personal identification number, and can dictate over the phone, toll-free, on our encrypted digital dictation system, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Digital Hand-held Recorder
If you prefer to use a digital hand-held recorder, we can have those uploaded to us via our secure FTP site.
Audio Tape
We still accept tapes! For those who are still sticking to tapes, we are happy to transcribe these. We accept tapes via overnight or regular mail. For doctors in the Las Vegas area, we will pick up the tapes ourselves!
